There are some home bleaching kits, such as Enlighten that involves your dentist, more preferable, but although you are doing it under the cloak of your dentist, it is a bit pricey at around £500. If you are really determined though, this method is considered by dentists to be one of the best around. However, if you are in and rush and have around £100 in your pocket, laser treatments such as Zoom, as seen on television, is definitely the way forwards when it comes to pretty teeth.
