There is a catch to all this though; your teeth need to be in fairly good nick in the first place, so if your teeth are looking a little battle-worn, you will have to consider other options, but which give just as good results. Porcelain veneers and cosmetic bonding, as well as covering up heinous crimes to the teeth, will also restore their colour.
A word of caution though, before going it alone with any of these ideas, you should run them by your dentist first to be on the safe side, otherwise you could do costly damage with these home-made ideas if you suffer from some form of gum disease.
