If you haven’t already noticed, but there are dozens of products around in the shops in the city of Leeds designed at whitening your teeth yourself, and they work very well indeed. Toothpastes work quickly to put sheen back into the enamel of your teeth. Bleaching strips and pens are brilliant for whitening and some of the DIY kits are sensational- and you can buy these anywhere upwards from £5. But although these products work well and will do a good job, treatments from your dentist are even better and far quicker. Laser whitening is huge business now and for only around the £100 mark, the results are truly sensational and all done in about an hour too: some companies will even come to your house and do this for you. The only word of caution here is it is always good to check with your dentist first anyway, because if you show signs of gum disease, bleaching your teeth can do terrible damage, so you need to check your gums are okay before undergoing any teeth whitening procedure.
