This 30 year old patient had a severe tooth grinding problem which had left him with very worn down teeth. As well as being embarrassed about his smile he was also suffering with toothache and repeated gum abscess's. Our expert restorative dentist, Dr Ibrahim, discussed the possible treatment options with the patient. Due to financial constraints the patient could not afford the porcelain option given to him therefore Dr Ibrahim tailored an alternative treatment plan which the patient could afford through smaller monthly payments. This involved building the patients teeth back up with composite bonding over only two appointments. The patient was absolutely delighted with the transformation of his smile and only wished he had done it sooner.

This 45 year old gentleman originally had a non-symmetrical smile due to a missing tooth and two poorly fitting crowns. The patients main aim was to correct the mid line of his upper front teeth and then change the upper crowns to give a more aesthetic, natural look. This was achieved by firstly wearing upper ceramic braces to correct the patients mid line and then by using all porcelain natural looking bridgework. Total treatment time was approximately two years. The patient was delighted and could now smile with confidence.

This student attended to see us totally embarrassed of her smile. She had lots of previous dental work aswell as discoloured and crooked teeth. We performed tooth straightening with our six month braces system followed by whitening and finally porcelain veneers and crowns. The whole treatment only took 8 months!

This patient had numerous problems with her smile. Some teeth were missing aswell as crooked, discloured and mis-shaped. We decided that the best option would be to straighten and whiten the teeth first followed by the placement of porcelain crowns, veneers and bridges . After 6 months of clear braces we had the wider, straighter and whiter smile we were looking to acheive. We then proceeded to crown and veneer the teeth with handcrafted porcelain to give the patient that glamorous smile she had always wanted.

This very nice gentleman had developed a dental phobia from past experiences at the dentist and his teeth and gums had suffered as a result. Our main aim was to firstly help him overcome his dental fear. Once this was achieved we set about rebuilding his smile. Over a period of time deep gum treatment was performed to strengthen weak gums, dental implants to replace missing teeth and finally porcelain veneers were placed over discoloured and misshaped teeth. The patient was amazed at the transformation.

This young lady had a retained baby tooth and a missing front tooth which gave her a very unbalanced smile. After numerous treatment discussions with the patient we decided to treat the front 8 teeth with all porcelain bridgework, crowns and veneers. She was delighted with the transformation.

This patient came to see us because their old crowns looked horrible and yellow. This patient's teeth was first treated with a course of tooth whitening to lighten the natural teeth. Once the desirable shade was achieved the front 4 crowns were removed and replaced with all porcelain crowns which were matched into the colour of the new whiter looking natural teeth. The patient was delighted with the result!!

This young man was embarrased of his smile. His old crown now had a black line showing above it and to make things worse was also wonky. Using the latest techniques Gum Reshaping was performed on the two front teeth and later two highly aesthetic porcelain crowns were placed.
