About home whitening

Home whitening is a really simple and convenient way of getting a beautiful, radiant smile. With home whitening, you simply wear whitening trays, which are similar to gum shields that are worn for sport, for a period of time at home. Often, the results are noticeable after just a couple of days, but we recommend a treatment period of 14 days for the best outcome.

Before you start treatment, we invite you to attend a consultation at the clinic; during this quick and informal appointment, we will check your dental health, talk you trough the home whitening process and make moulds of your teeth. These moulds are used to create your bespoke whitening trays. When your trays are ready, you can pick them up and then take home and prepare to start treatment.

We recommend wearing the trays for around 6 hours per day; most of our clients wear their trays at night, so treatment has no impact on their day to day life or work commitments. Home whitening is safe and effective and we are here if you need advice or you have questions about the treatment method.
